Hammurabis army was rattling powerful and he was currently sufficient to take everywhere the Akkadians and the Sumerians. Hammurabi was know for many things, bid repairing roads for the trades with China and India and do major im expressments in the religion. Although the almost important thing he is remembered for is his set of written laws. These laws were not the least bit fair, only if none of Hammurabis laws could be changed unless the pot were told. righteousness number 3 is, If anyone brings an accusation of any aversion before the elders, and does not recruit what he has charged, he shall, if it be a chief city disgust charged, be put to death. To me this means, If mortal is brought in front of a judge charged of a shame it i s up to that someone to prove his innocence or he allow be put to death, if the umbrage is a murder offense or capital crime. I sound off that this law is a good law. I theorize this because If you ar liberal, you should be able to prove it, but then again, you mogul not be able to prove it and then you will be killed for no reason. I dont think this law is very fair.

I think that this law couldnt be used right away because we argon supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. Which means, you are innocent no matter what, until they find proven facts or record stating that you in fact, guilty. So you wont be killed if you bank prove your self to be innocent, unless they can prov e that you are guilty. Law number 4 is, If! he satisfies the elders to impose a pretty of grain or money, he shall, if it be a capital offense charged, to put to death. To me this means, If he can prove to the elders that his crime should only be punished by a fine, he will get fine based on what the crime was, so if he debase someones decease off, they would cut his hand off.
