Judiciary Branch Govt

In Federalist no. 78, Alexander Hamilton wrote:
[Of the three branches of government] the judiciary result always be the least dangerous . . . because it will be least in a capacity to annoy or injure them [political rights]. The judiciary . . . has no influence over both the sword or the purse; no direction all of the strength or of the wealth of society . . . It may real be s supporter to constitute neither FORCE nor WILL, exclusively merely judgment; and must ultimately depend upon the aid of the executive arm even for the efficacy of its judgments .
After cultivation what Alexander Hamilton wrote in Federalist no. 78, I agree with what he wrote but I cant fully agree. The economic consumption of the legal branch is to interpret and apply the laws, and ensure their constitutionality. The discriminative branch compromises the US district courts, the US courts of international trade, the US court of appeals, circuit courts, and The Supreme court of law of the United States. The juridical branch however, doesnt necessarily make the law or even enforce it. The judicial branch pretty lots deals with the responsibility of interpreting the law when it applies to specific cases.
I have to agree that the judicial branch does not have a good deal influence over sword or purse or even the wealth of society however they do execute justice.
